Israeli Prime Minister David Ben-Gurion ‘has a strong sense of justice” and is “an extraordinarily correct man.” West Germany’s Chancellor Konrad Adenauer declared here today. Dr. Adenauer made his statement here prior to returning to Bonn, after a vacation in Italy.
“Ties between Israeli and West German authorities,” he said, “for the prosecution of war criminals, were established before the present situation. The Israeli authorities are correct. Relations between West Germany and Israel can be defined as friendly, just as Mr. Ben-Gurion has said.”
