Adolph Ochs, publisher of the “New York Times,” who visited the Harry E. Burroughs Newsboys Foundation a few days ago, contributed to the institution a Washington hand press. High praise of the work of the foundation is contained in a letter the publisher sent to Mr. Burroughs which he made public today. The work of assisting needy newsboys is praised by Mr. Ochs. Burroughs is a Boston attorney who himself came here as an immigrant. He recently dedicated the foundation in memory of his mother.
