A Vienna court has ruled that adultery committed with a Jew’s “Aryan” wife cannot be punished since the Nazi State does not protect marriages made contrary to Nazi principles.
According to the Prague Nazi organ, Der Neue Tag, the Jewish husband suing an “Aryan” on adultery charges was told by the court that a Jew could demand a divorce to free his “Aryan” partner from an undesirable bond but no one could be punished for violating a marriage which was considered objectionable from the viewpoint of Nazi “Weltanschauung.”
