The negotiations between the Jewish Agency and the British government will henceforth be carried on by a sub-committee. Authority to frame the text of an agreement upon which both sides can agree has been transferred to this committee. The subcommittee consists of representatives of the government and of the Jewish Agency.
Its final draft will be approved by the original negotiators presided over by foreign minister Arthur Henderson.
