The Jewish Agency for Palestine has not yet agreed to accept the new immigration certificate allotment for the coming half year, it was reliably learned today. It is believed the Agency is contesting the deduction by the Government of 1,200 certificates from the total allotment of 4,350 for alleged illegal immigrants.
