The extended Jewish Agency, including Zionists and non-Zionists, will in all likelihood be composed of three sections, declared Felix Rosenblueth, member of the Zionist Executive, who returned here from Berlin.
When interviewed by the representative of the Jewish Telegraphic Agency concerning the proceedings of the Zionist General Council in the matter of the constitution for the Jewish Agency, the text of which has not been made public, Mr. Rosenblueth stated that this constitution is only in the nature of a suggestion which will have to have the approval of the non-Zionists. “I believe, however, that three bodies will be created: a council, a standing committee and an executive. The council will be composed of representatives from all countries and will meet bi-annually. A smaller body which will be created by the council will meet several times a year. This body is to be headed by the executives in London and Jerusalem, who will actually be engaged in the political and economic up-building activities.
“What the Zionist General Council did was to ratify the Jewish Agency plan on the terms set out by the Zionist Congress and the Non-Zionist Conference in New York. Now, the tasks facing us are the organization of the Agency and the adoption of a constitution. The Zionist General Council (Continued on Page 4)
