A complete up-to-the-minute review of the poli(##) situation in Palestine was today submitted to the United Nations inquiry com(##) by the Jewish Agency. The review deals extensively with the security question (##)oncludes with an analysis of seven possible solutions of the Palestine problem.
The seven solutions touched upon in the document are: 1. Continuation of the (##); 2. Placing Palestine under a joint trusteeship; 3. Cantonization of Pales(##) into Jewish, Arab and British sections; 4. Proclamation of Palestine as an Arab(##); 5. Establishment of Palestine as a bi-national state with Arab-Jewish parity; (##) establishment of Palestine as a Jewish State; 7. Partitioning of Palestine into (##)parate Arab and Jewish states.
Discussing these possibilities, the Agency emphasizes that partition would in(##) a great sacrifice for the Jews since it would mean further curtailment of the (##) of the Jewish National Home which has already been cut by the separation of (##)tine and Trans-Jordan. Nevertheless, the document asserts, any solution which (##) be proposed will be judged by the Jewish people in relation to whether it in(##) large-scale Jewish immigration and settlement and leads to the immediate es(##)ishment of a Jewish state.
