This week’s issue of the “Lodzianin,” laborite weekly and organ of the Polish Socialist Party, was confiscated by the authorities in connection with the agitation among the workers over the deaths of Albert Kohn, director in his father’s textile plant, and the death of Cierzynski, the worker who shot Kohn.
The P. P. S. organ published an article in which it declared that Albert Kohn murdered the Polish worker. The article asserted that Cierzynski shot Kohn in self-defense.
Witnesses declared that Albert Kohn was attacked by the worker and that he fired in self-defense.
