Mrs. Elesnor Rocsevelt, chairman of the U.N. ? ? Commission, yesterday infermed the Social and Economic Coucil that in ? with its resolution of several days ago, she would appoint an eight-man and committee to draw up a preliminary draft of an International Bill of Rights.
The sub-committee, which will be working on documentation provided by the U.N. secretarist, will cousist of the delegates of Australia, China, Chile, France, ?, United Statas, United Kingdom, and U.S.S.R.
