Three problems, the solution of which will determine the successful upbuilding of Palestine as the Jewish national home, are outstanding, in the opinion of Professor Franz Oppenheimer, agricultural expert from Berlin who arrived here.
Professor Oppenheimer came to Palestine at the invitation of the Zionist Organization to study the present colonization methods. He will stay here a month.
The three problems are: the profitability of agriculture, the labor question and the Arab question, Professor Oppenheimer stated in an interview with the representative of the Jewish Telegraphic Agency.
