The extension of educational facilities for the Falasha Jews of Ethiopia, who number 17,000, has been proposed to the Agudas Israel by Dr. Jacques Faitlowitch, who has just arrived in Britain to discuss the opening of a school at Asmara, which would serve the Jews of Ethiopia and Eritrea. Announcement of the request was made today by H.L. Goodman, political secretary of the Agudah.
