Differences of opinion concerning the future status of Jerusalem were revealed here today at the opening of the European conference of the Agudas Israel, attended by delegates from more than 15 countries. One section of the delegates favors internationalization of the city under U.N. supervision while another wishes the city to be incorporated into the boundaries of the state of Israel.
