The world executive of the Agudas Israel organization met today to formulate the organization’s policy towards the projected London conference on Palestine, scheduled to begin next week. Delegates from 18 countries attended the meeting.
Some delegates expressed their desire to cooperate with the Jewish Agency in its dealings with the British Government, but others insisted that the Agudah follow an independent course of action, adding that Jewish immigration to Palestine should precede any discussions of the political form of a Jewish state.
