The Agudas Israel movement will not re-establish a branch in West Germany, it was decided at the first meeting of the newly-elected European executive of the World Agudas Israel Organization. The decision was adopted after a report to the executive by Dr. J. Klibansky, of Frankfurt, who declared that the situation in Germany in reference to Jews is deteriorating.
At a later date, the European executive will consider the desirability of appointing an official representative of the Agudas Israel movement in West Germany.
