An appeal for continued aid to rabbis and Yeshiva students stranded in different parts of the world was issued last night at the closing session of the conference of the Emergency Committee of the Union of Orthodox Rabbis of the United States and Canada. The delegates heard a report of the rescue work of the Vaad Hahatzala, which has aided in sending 250 refugees to Palestine and has given financial assistance to 3,450 more.
