It is stated that the cavalry of the Soviet General Budiennys, appeared on the frontier. Raids on the Polish frontier towns which happened recently, re-occurred.
Reports from Warsaw state that the President of the Polish Republic, Mr. Wojciechowsky, called a special council for the purpose considering the possibility of Soviet mobilization against Poland. The name of Marshall Joseph Pilsudski, formerly the Chief of Polish State, was mentioned as the Commander-in-Chief of the Polish Army.
