The Albert Einstein College of Medicine of Yeshiva University will be dedicated here Sunday at a ceremony at the college and a dinner at the Waldorf Astoria. The dedication ceremonies are sponsored by 1,000 personalities in government, business, science, education, medicine and communal welfare.
Speakers at the ceremonies will include Dr. Hans Albert Einstein, son of the late scientist, New York Governor Averell Harriman, Senator Irving M. Ives and Mayor Robert Wagner. The college will be the first medical school to be opened in the United States under Jewish sponsorship and the first new medical school in New York in half a century.
