Alexander Kahn, attorney and philanthropic leader, has been elected general manager of the Jewish Daily Forward by the Forward Association to succeed the late B. Charney Vladeck. Mr. Kahn is vice-chairman of the Joint Distribution Committee, member of the Jewish Agency Administrative Committee, of the National Labor Committee for Palestine and of the HIAS executive board.
