Sir Alfred is returning in time to participate in the Palestine Economic Conference which will begin here Monday under the chairmanship of Sir Herbert Samuel and with the participation of a number of noted Zionist and non-Zionist figures.
The conference was arranged for the purpose of creating a non-partisan finance and economic committee to advise the Zionist Executive in the work of Palestine reconstruction.
