The Daily Telegraph publishes today an authorized statement by Emir Abdullah, ruler of the Transjordan, that the Palestine Arabs have the support of all Arab nations.
Abdullah is quoted as expressing the belief that the Palestine Arabs would immediately call off the general strike if Jewish immigration were stopped.
He declared, according to the Telegraph, that they have no objections to the present Jewish population remaining in Palestine but that the only possible solution of the problem is stoppage of immigration which is considered by them excessive.
The Daily Herald reports that Italians have contributed J-28,000 pounds (about $140,000) to support of the Arab strike.
