All synagogues have been closed in Minsk, the capital of White Russia, according to a report received here today through a Polish news agency.
The order to close the synagogues was issued as a repressive measure, according to the report, following the recent street fight between the Orthodox Jews and Communists over the proprietorship of two confiscated synagogues.
