For the first time in the history of Canadian Zionism all factions have joined hands in proclaiming a Shekolim campaign for the Dominion of Canada.
A mass meeting was arranged to open the campaign and addresses were delivered by representatives of the General Zionists, the Poale Zion-Zeire Zion; the Revisionists and the Mizrachi. The quota set is 10,000 shekolim.
The meeting was interrupted on several occasions by the Revisionists who resented the stress laid by Poale Zion speakers on the accomplishments of the Palestine Labor Federation.
