Alleging that the Brith Trumpeldor, youth organization of the Revisionists, right wing Zionists, is an international Jewish army, the Endek Sejm club, made up of National Democrats, an anti-Semitic, anti-government political party, yesterday submitted a memorandum to the Polish cabinet, asking the government to prohibit the forthcoming July gathering of the Trumpeldor at Zaleszczyki, Poland, near the Rumanian frontier. Delegations from eighteen countries including Palestine are to participate in the exercises of the Trumpeldorites.
The Endek memorandum points out that there is a danger that Polish youth may be provoked to clashes by the presence of the gathering of Trumpeldorites and that foreign countries may react unfavorably if Poland permits a “uniformed Jewish army to maneuver on Polish soil.”
