An Alliance for Combating Anti-Semitism, particularly in Germany, has been formed here under the presidency of Louis Golding, the novelist. The Committee of the Alliance has already held a meeting with the representatives of the Board of Deputies and the Anglo-Jewish Association, including Neville Laski and Leonard Montcfiore. Action was postponed until Sunday, when the Deputies are to meet in camera, in order to define the Anglo-Jewish attitude towards the German situation. It is expected the session will be stormy, as there is considerable difference of opinion as to how the situation should be handled.
