Ephraim Evron, deputy director general of the Foreign Ministry, will fly to Mexico tomorrow to prepare for Foreign Minister Yigal Allon’s visit to that country next month, it was announced here today. Allon’s visit is viewed as an important step in completing the rapprochement between Israel and Mexico following the rift that developed between the two countries when Mexico voted in favor of the UN General Assembly’s resolution equating Zionism with racism.
