Israeli Foreign Minister Yigal Allon, who arrived here last night to attend the United Nations General Assembly which opened today, is scheduled to deliver Israel’s major policy address at the Assembly Oct. 7. During his three-week visit, Allon will meet with American officials and diplomats from other countries to discuss the Mideast and Israel’s relations with those countries. Next Monday Allon will leave for Canada for a five-day visit as a guest of the Canadian government and will then return to New York. A reception for Allon will be held tomorrow night at the residence of Israel’s Consul General in New York, Uri Ben-Ari, with the participation of Israeli diplomats and officials and American Jewish leaders.
