Jewish tobacco wholesalers will be allowed to close their places of business on Saturday and remain open Sunday by a ruling of the National Recovery Administration today.
Heretofore religious Jews wishing to keep tobacco establishments closed on Saturday were obliged to close Sunday also, thereby losing two days.
