Ambassador James G. McDonald is sailing tomorrow from the United States to Israel after spending about two months in Washington conferring with the State Department on various problems concerning American-Israel relations. When he first arrived in the U.S. for his current visit it was reported that the Ambassador was resigning.
Sailing on the same ship for Israel is James N. Rosenberg, American Jewish leader, who is making his first visit to Israel. Mr. Rosenberg intends to remain in Israel several weeks to study conditions there.
