A conference of Israeli and foreign rabbis is taking place here in the home of Chief Rabbi Isaac Herzog to deal with problems of strengthening torah institutions in Israel. The conference was called by a delegation of the Union of Orthodox Rabbis of the United States and Canada now visiting Israel.
