American and Polish rabbis are accused of being in the service of their respective governments for remuneration in a document published today by the White Russian Academy of Science. The document charges that Rabbi Kestenberg of Radom is a member of the Polish Secret Service and that the Babever Rebbe and the Kornitzer Rebbe are in the direct service of Marshal Pilsudski.

Although no names are mentioned American rabbis are also accused of being government agents. One American rabbi who visited Russia last Summer is accused of being “a provacateur and spy.” The document issued by the White Russian Academy of Science aims to prove that the Jewish situation in Russia is better than that in Poland at the present time and that the anti-Soviet campaign conducted by the rabbis abroad is the result of “a demand for such a campaign by the foreign governments from their Jewish clergy.
