American leaders of the anti-Nazi boycott will meet here on Sept. 12, to prepare detailed plans for the enforcement of the boycott throughout the country, it was announced yesterday by the American League for the Defense of Jewish Rights. The conference will not be open to the public. It will be concluded by a testimonial dinner to Samuel Untermyer, noted New York attorney who is head of the World Jewish Economic Federation.
