Robert Davis, American consul in Israel, today summed up his impressions of the two and a half years he has spent in Israel in a speech he delivered in Hebrew.
Mr. Davis told an audience at the Commercial and Industrial Club here that he had learned, during this period, to like the Israelis and their culture. He stressed that he had been highly impressed by economic and industrial developments in this country.
