The American Federation of Jews from Central Europe, an organization representing Jewish Nazi victims today announced the election of Dr. Curt C. Silberman, an East Orange, N.J. attorney, as president of the organization. Dr. Silberman was formerly an attorney in Wuerzburg, Germany.
