The American-Israel Cultural Center announced today the election of William Mazer as president. Concert violinist Isaac Stern and Bess Meyerson. New York City Commissioner of Consumer Affairs, were re-elected chairman and vice chairman of the board respectively. Carl Glick was elected chairman of the executive committee and Sydney Lubarr, executive vice president. Added to the list of directors were Dr. Joseph J. Schwartz, former executive officer of the Israel Bond Organization and Mrs. Jan Peerce, national chairman of the Womens’ Division of the IBO. Planned for the coming season are four exhibits on various aspects of Israeli life and culture.
