A comprehensive review of United States relations will be undertaken at a three-day series of meetings which will get underway Friday at the Israel Foreign Ministry, under the chairmanship of Golda Meir, Foreign Minister.
The participants will include Avraham Harman, the Israeli Ambassador to the United States who is due in Jerusalem tomorrow, and Michael S, Comay, chairman of the Israeli delegation to the United Nations, who has already arrived for the talks, High Foreign Ministry officials will also take part.
Mr. Harman’s report will include a review of those relations in the first year of President Kennedy’s administration and United States policy toward the Middle East in general, it was reported. Mr. Comay’s participation was believed to indicate that the significance of the Kennedy Administration stand during the Security Council debate and censure motion against Israel for its March 17 raid on Syrian gun positions in the Lake Tiberias area will be thoroughly discussed.
