The city of Natanya, named after the late American Jewish leader Nathan Strauss, was selected yesterday as the place where the United States-Israel Plastic Corporation will build a plastic factory, it was reported today by David Rosenstein, secretary of the corporation, in a cable from Israel.
Mr. Rosenstein laid the cornerstone yesterday of a vocational high school in Natanya which was named in his honor by the municipal council. He also started the distribution of 40,000 toys collected in the United States by Christians and Jews for presentation to Israeli children.
