The appointment of Stephen L. Stulman as chief operating executive of the American Israeli Marketing Corp., a private American importing, trading and merchandising company that specializes in Israeli consumer and industrial goods, was announced here today. Mr. Stulman was previously vice president of the Israel Industrial Services Inc., a New York investment subsidiary of the Israel Discount Bank and the PEC-Israel Economic Corp.
