Messages commending John J. McCloy, American High Commissioner for Germany, for his recent address to American personnel in Germany instructing them to do their utmost to halt “a renewal of Nazism and anti-Semitism,” have been sent by Jacob Blaustein, president of the American Jewish Committee, and Justice Meir Steinbrink, president of the Anti-Defamation League of B’nai B’rith, it was announced here today.
