The American Jewish Committee announced today that it is sending a four-man delegation to the Paris Peace Conference to present the Committee’s proposals for inclusion in the peace treaties of guarantees of human rights and means to enforce such guarantees.
The Committee representatives are Joseph M. Proskauer, president; Jacob Blaustein, executive committee chairman; Phillip Forman, Judge of the U.S. District Court in Trenton, N.J. and executive committee member; and Dr. Simon Segal, associate director of the Foreign Affairs Department of the Committee. Judge Forman and Dr. Segal have already left for Paris.
