A public rally to mark the tenth anniversary of the liberation of the inmates of the German concentration camps by Allied troops will be sponsored by the American Jewish Congress Tuesday. Noted Jewish leaders who were identified with post-liberation activities and outstanding representatives of inmates of several camps will address the rally, including Dr. Nahum Goldmann, president of the World Jewish Congress and Rabbi Philip Bernstein, who was Advisor on Jewish Affairs to the American Military Government in Germany.
