The American Jewish Congress will hold a four-day “dialogue” in Israel in August, it was announced here today by Dr. Joachim Prinz, president of the organization. It will be the third successive year in which American community leaders and writers will meet for discussion with their Israeli counterparts.
Under the general theme, “The Issues That Unite Us,” the “dialogue” will seek to explore those areas of Jewish life that link American Jewry, as the largest Jewish community in the world, with the people of Israel, Dr. Prinz said.
