To honor the memory of Lord Balfour on the occasion of the 25th anniversary of the Balfour Declaration, which will be observed on November 2, a children’s home in England has been named the Arthur James Balfour Home, it was announced here today by Dr. Israel Goldstein, chairman of the Jewish Section of the Interfaith Committee for Aid to the Democracies.
