A second Lubavitcher agricultural colony for several hundred families of Luhavitcher Chabad Chasidic refugees will soon be established in Israel as a result of negotiations carried on by a special American Lubavitcher delegation that recently visited Israel and has just returned to the United States, it was announced today.
The delegation consisted of Samuel Palmer and Herry Rissman, Chicago Jewish communal leaders, who went to Israel on this special mission. During its stay in Israel the delegation was received by Chief Rabbi Isaac Herzog and by members of the Israel Cabinet with whom they discussed in detail the plan for the establishment of the projected settlement.
