Five members of the American Nazi party charged with creating disturbances during the celebration here of Israel’s 15th anniversary, appeared in court yesterday before Superior Judge Donald Wright. He ordered the five to appear in court again on June 26.
Four of Nazis are accused of conspiring and rioting. The fifth is charged with conspiracy only. During the disturbances, which took place at the entrance of the hall where the celebration was held, four policemen were attacked. The Nazis were dressed in full Nazi uniform with swastika armbands.
