One hundred tons of first-aid and medical supplies for the Army and people of Israel contributed by the American Red Mogen David, sailed over the week-end for Palestine, it was announced here.
The vessel also carried 21 field ambulances, 20 auxiliary blood-tanks, 500,000 field and shell dressings and various other medical and surgical items. An additional 14 ambulances will be shipped in August.
