A resolution urging the Israel Government to orient itself on the United States was adopted here today at the closing session of the national conference of the United Zionist-Revisionist Party of America.
The conference also adopted a resolution urging the Israel Government to modify its economic policy with a view toward encouraging more investments from abroad. Principal speakers at the parley included Dr. Nahum Goldmann, chairman of the American section of the Jewish Agency, and Dr. Joseph Shechtman, chairman of the World Council of the Zionist-Revisionist Party. The conference elected new officers, with Leo Wolfson as chairman of the party’s national council.
