A Jewish cemetery here was desecrated last week by a United States soldier and his German companion, police disclosed today. Eight tombstones in the cemetery were upset by the two men, who were drunk at the time, the police said. The soldier was identified by the United States Army as Corporal Waldemar Cuchy, 20, of Cleveland, Ohio.
