Plans were announced today for the establishment by the world famous Telshe Yeshiva here of a branch in Safed, Israel. The announcement was made at dedication ceremonies here of a new study hall of the institution of higher Jewish learning.
The branch in Safed, which will be headed by Rabbi Isaac Ausland, professor of Talmud and Jewish ethics at the institution, will be Telshe Yeshiva’s third center of learning. The college already operates a branch in Chicago.
