Americans gave the leaders of the United States, Israel and the Palestinian Authority negative ratings for their performance on Middle East Peace. A Harris Poll shows President Bush’s negative rating on working “for a reasonable solution to the future relations between Israel and the Palestinians” climbed from 63 percent in March to 70 percent this month.
