Americans increasingly blame the Palestinians for Middle East violence, according to a new poll. Nearly half the respondents to the Newsweek poll say the Palestinians are to blame for the violence, as compared with 42 percent in a similar poll in December. Twelve percent said Israel is to blame; up from 11 percent in December.
